Hi everyone, Next week the LPGA Tour gets back in action at Lake Nona Golf and Country Club in Orlando, Florida. Watching the LPGA Tour events is always amazing and there is so much talent on tour but this week will be especially special. Annika Sorenstam is teeing it up in her first LPGA Tour event since the season-ending ADT Championship in November of 2008.  Watching Annika play a round of golf is something I never thought I would ever get to see, and then in March of 2020 (right before the world shut down due to COVID-19), I got to watch her tee it up in the pro-am of the Arnold Palmer Invitational. That was a dream come true to watch her in person! Then when she announced she was playing in the celebrity division of the Diamond Resorts Tournament of Champions I was thrilled, she is such a machine, and seeing her play is incredible. Hi everyone, As I have been working towards putting together a tournament schedule for this coming golf season, one thing that has been on my mind is goals and setting them. Setting goals is something that I like to do every season because it not only gives me something to work towards but it forces me to evaluate where I am at now in comparison to where I want to be. My dream is to play on the LPGA Tour someday, and while that will always be a goal of mine in order to get there someday you have to set short-term goals.  These goals can be bigger or smaller but what's important is that you not only set them but come up with a plan to achieve them. It takes hard work, dedication, and for me, just letting myself go out and play. When I get caught up on the numbers or on trying to shoot a certain score I get so stressed about it that I am almost unable to play well because all I am thinking about is the result. Hi everyone, This weeks post is all about and interview that I did with Kinsey Hoffmann! Kinsey is the Director of Junior Golf and Tournament Operations for the New Hampshire Golf Association (NHGA). I have known Kinsey for a few years now from playing in tournaments on the NHGA Jr. Tour. Being the Director of Junior Golf and Tournament Operations entails a few things including planning and running all of the junior tournaments in the state, helping run the women's events that the NHGA puts on, and working on all of the major championships that the NHGA hosts.   Kinsey has been around the game for most of her life and has a passion for it. She loves what she does and loves "watching them [the juniors] essentially grow up on the course", she can't imagine doing anything else. Her favorite part of the job is watching the juniors grow up, challenge themselves, watching their confidence build, and seeing progress from the start of the season to the end.  Growing up in Lou

Hey everyone, Happy National Women and Girls in Sports Day! It is so exciting to see women in different sports. I am so grateful for all of the amazing women and girls I have met throughout different sports, especially golf! I can’t wait for golf season to start up again so we can all see each other. It’s so inspiring to see women throughout the sports industry and seeing them become friends with each other. Outside of golf there are so many amazing female athletes! Keep working hard and kicking butt girls! I have so many amazing memories with fellow female athletes throughout the years! Playing in golf tournaments, high school matches, practicing, and just hanging out! One that stood out in particular was after a high school match against a school where some friends of mine go and play and at the same time my sister had played a round with a few of our other friends. Hi everyone, I am super excited to share the news that I have been selected as a member of the Gen Z Council for Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity in association with Youth On Course! This council is made up of about 90 young people across the US from all different backgrounds with a passion for helping make the game and the golf industry more welcoming and inclusive. I am honored to be a member of this council and look forward to the changes that we will be working towards in the game. I will share more information about what we will be doing when I can.
