Hi Gals, I hope you all have been having a great holiday break! And are looking forward to 2020! When do you all head back to school? ~NH Golfer Gal
Hi Gals, How have you all been? Did you watch the Presidents Cup? I miss being able to play golf outside! There are still a lot of ways to practice during the winters here in New Hampshire and all of New England. You can go to a covered and/or heated driving range, try out some simulators and take lessons! My coach Abby Spector who was named #1 Coach in Maine (Congrats Abby!!) offers lessons through the winter and for more information check out her website  https://spectorgolf.com/ ! ~NH Golfer Gal

Snow day

Hey Gals, How many of you have a snow day today? My dad makes sure to bring up every time it snows that shoveling is good for your golf game, I don't know if it is true but I shovel anyway. ~NH Golfer Gal
Hey Gals, I'm sorry for not posting in a few weeks. I hope you all had an amazing Thanksgiving and are looking forward to the winter holidays! Are you gals playing any winter sports? I play basketball and we are supposed to have our first game tomorrow! Are you guys supposed to get snow? We are supposed to get between 8 and 14 inches! I don't like snow! I hope you all have an amazing week! ~NH Golfer Gal
Hi Gals, School has been super busy. I hope everyone had a great Halloween! Congrats to Nelly Korda on her win last week! New England golf season has pretty much come to a close in terms of outside play but there are lots of ways that we can practice during the winter months check out the post Carys shared last year! Here it is! I have started basketball for the season and am looking forward to the golf season to come back! Comment what your favorite thing about school has been! Have a great night! ~NH Golfer Gal
Hi Gals, What are some of your favorite and least favorite things about fall golf? Also earlier this week, my coach Abby Spector's Birthday! I just wanted to thank her for everything and wish her a very happy birthday! Abby has been a huge mentor and role model to me throughout more than half of my life. Happy Birthday Abby! I can't wait to see you soon! ~NH Golfer Gal

Happy Birthday Annika!

Hi Gals! I just wanted to take a minute to recognize my hero on her birthday! Annika is my hero and is such an incredible role model! Annika has accomplished so much and continues to do so and it blows my mind! She motivates so many young girls to play this great game and I likely wouldn't be the player I am today without her to look up to! HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANNIKA! ~NH Golfer Gal

Solheim Cup Recap!

Image
Hi Gals, Sorry, this took so long to go up! Here are my favorite things from the Solheim Cup! I had really 3 favorite things from the week, even though I loved the whole week her is what stood out. The Korda's! Both of them did incredibly! I hope that someday my sister and I can be like that and play so well in the event! Suzann Pettersen! Was incredible! Many thought that she shouldn't have been picked but I hope that those people are regretting what they said. I was so glad that she played well and I can't believe she is retiring/retired. I was so tense and excited when she made that putt for team Europe (even though I kind of wanted the US to win)! I was so glad that she was the one to make it! I still wonder did she know that Bronte had just made her putt for her match? Ally McDonald! While I was super bummed that Stacy had to withdraw I was thrilled to find out that Ally would be taking her place! Ally is an incredible player with so much talent and the fact that s

Congrats to Europe!

Hi Gals, Congrats to team Europe! They did an incredible job! Everyone played well! It came down to a short putt! Look forward to a full recap within the next few days! Congrats again to team Europe! ~NH Golfer Gal

Solheim Cup!

Hi Gals, How many of you have been watching the Solheim Cup? I recorded it yesterday and watched it this morning! I love this event so much and I can't wait to watch it tomorrow for the singles. I can't believe it is almost over! The US and Europe are tied through the first two days with 8 points each! The conditions today were brutal but the women were still able to post some incredible rounds. Today was some great golf! Which team are you all cheering for (Comment Below)? I want the US to win but I also would like to just see some good golf which I already have and hope to see more tomorrow! ~NH Golfer Gal Also, Congrats to Kevin Chappell on his incredible 59 yesterday!

Happy Solheim Cup Week!

Hi Gals, How were everyone's first few weeks of school? The Solheim Cup starts this Friday! I can't wait!! How many of you are excited for the Solheim Cup? Which team are you rooting for? Let me know is the comments? Hope you all have a good start to your week!! ~NH Golfer Gal
Hi Gals, How have you been? Lots has happened in the past almost 2 weeks! I have been busy getting ready for golf season, celebrating family birthdays and getting ready for school to start on Wednesday! Yesterday kicked off the US Kids Golf Maine Local Tour Fall Season! Congrats to my good friend June Doerr on her win yesterday! I didn't play very well but I did have a pretty good time! I am looking forward to the next tournament! The FedEx Cup concluded yesterday with a Rory Mcilroy! Rory put on a show for his entire final round to win by 4 shots! Rory became just the second-ever player to win the FedEx Cup! What did you gals think of the new format? I didn't love it, I still think that the FedEx Cup should just have the whole playoff thing be the real playoffs, let the Wyndham Top 10 be the season reward and then the playoffs stand on their own. After the top 125 have qualified the season doesn't matter. Whoever finishes in the top 70 of the tournament qualifies for th
Hi Gals, A lot of things have happened in just the last week! In the Women's Amateur Carys ended up in a tie for 5th. Congrats to Lauren Thibodeau on her win! Also, how many of you watched the US Women's Am? Congrats to Gabriella Ruffles on her great win! Also, Congrats to Patrick Reed on his win at the Northern Trust. Looking forward to the BMW Championship! How many of you have seen the Solheim Cup! I love to watch it! The event will be played in Scotland, September 13-15! Yesterday Catriona Mathew made her 4 captains picks. She picked Bronte Law, Celine Boutier, Jodi Ewart Shadoff and a more surprising final pick of Suzann Pettersen! The European team is looking very strong and I can't wait to see who Juli Inkster picks to round out the US Team! This week also is the New England Junior Amateur Invitational! Three of my good friends are playing this week! Carys, June and Shivani good luck to all of them! Carys had to WD yesterday after a bloody nose that wouldn't

Hi Gals, Lots has been going on in the past few weeks! Where should we start? The Women's British Open was a great tournament! It was so much fun to watch especially with all the competition and Hinako Shibuno who was all smiles! Congrats to Shibuno on her first win in the states! Which also happened to be her first start in the states! Also congrats to everyone who teed it up in the US Kids World Championships! Especially to my great friend Carys! Carys is playing this week in the NHGA Women's Amateur along with my other friend Shivani Vora! Carys shot an opening-round 80! I am wishing the best of luck to her in the next 2 days!
