Hi everyone,

I hope everyone has had a good start to the school vacation (and a good Christmas if you celebrate)!

I got to get out and hit balls yesterday (in a heated covered bay) and today. It feels so good to be able to get out and see the ball flight. Taking lessons and hitting into nets with trackmans or simulators set up is great and I am so lucky to be able to take lessons indoors and have the opportunity to use them. Being able to see the ball flight however gives so much feedback and that is irreplaceable by any simulator or launch monitor.

As 2020 comes to a close we think about everything that it wasn't. While 2020 may not have been the year we all hoped it would be and it certainly came with its challenges. Golf luckily was one of the sports that was permitted during most of this pandemic. So many new people picked up the game, people that played years ago but got out of the habit came back, and the game has grown. I was lucky enough to have so many opportunities this year in the game of golf including playing in the NHWGA State Amatuer, playing a semi normal tournament season, and getting to participate in my freshman year high school golf season. I hope that everyone can find a few things in 2020 that they are grateful for.

Happy New Year and cheers to 2021!
