A lot of things have happened in just the last week! In the Women's Amateur Carys ended up in a tie for 5th. Congrats to Lauren Thibodeau on her win! Also, how many of you watched the US Women's Am? Congrats to Gabriella Ruffles on her great win!
Also, Congrats to Patrick Reed on his win at the Northern Trust. Looking forward to the BMW Championship!
How many of you have seen the Solheim Cup! I love to watch it! The event will be played in Scotland, September 13-15! Yesterday Catriona Mathew made her 4 captains picks. She picked Bronte Law, Celine Boutier, Jodi Ewart Shadoff and a more surprising final pick of Suzann Pettersen! The European team is looking very strong and I can't wait to see who Juli Inkster picks to round out the US Team!
This week also is the New England Junior Amateur Invitational! Three of my good friends are playing this week! Carys, June and Shivani good luck to all of them! Carys had to WD yesterday after a bloody nose that wouldn't stop. Hope she does well for team NH today!
When do you guys start school? Get out there and play golf!

I have been really busy, with school starting and golf! The U.S. Kids Tour! The U.S. Kids Tour is a great way to introduce kids to tournament play! The U.S. Kids Tour plays good courses for kids and has good age groups!! There are tours in a ton of states, but there isn't one in NH. We will have to work on that. I love playing in a tournament setting, because it helps me practice under pressure, it helps me get used to having a lot of people watching me and it is fun to compete against other girls my own age!! US Kids Golf is a great company for kids golf!!

  Hi everyone, This post is a bit different from things I tend to talk about but it's the reality of my journey to date having played two full seasons on my high school's varsity golf team as the youngest player and as the only girl. Please take the time to read this because I am sure that there are other people with similar experiences, be it under the same circumstances or different.  I apologize for the long delay in this post. I have been busy focusing on school and golf for the past few weeks and didn't find the time that I felt this post deserved as it is a big one.  Last season (for more details about last season check out those posts) I was a freshman and things were challenging with us being remote for school and everything going on with covid. Interview with Mallory Blackwelder Trudeau!

Hi Gals, Sorry it took me a few more days than anticipated to get this up school got busy. This week's post is a super exciting one! I have an interview with Mallory Blackwelder Trudeau. Mallory grew up around the game of golf, went on to play collegiately, turn pro, play the 2015 season on the LPGA tour,  contest on The Big Break (where she ended up meeting her husband!). She is currently working as a player-manager with Fairwhay Management and taking care of her toddler Madeleine. I had the opportunity to meet Mallory at TPC Boston in 2017 during the Deutsche Bank Championship. She was there working with Danny Lee (other posts on my blog about Danny!) and I introduced myself.
