NH Golfer Gal

Today was the  NHWGA Jr. Championship ! This is a junior girls tournament! Me and my sister played! There are different age groups in the tournament! Visit  www.nhwga.org/juniors/nhwga-junior-championship/  to learn more! There are also 9 and 18 hole groups!!!!!!! This way you can play however many holes is right "fore"(get it fore instead of for! I thought that it was funny anyway!) you!! My sister had 9 people in her age group and she finished 3rd!!! Congrats Teagan! Not to brag but, I finished 1st in my age division! (There were only 2 of us!) I had a lot of fun! I played with Sarah! I hope to see all of you there next year!!!!!!!!!! GO GIRLS!!!!

This weeks Golfer of the Week is... Danny Lee! Danny is the defending champion of the Greenbrier Classic  and he is an amazing golfer! Danny plays great golf, just not the best! Let's Go DANNY LEE!! Danny Rocks!! Danny Lee is also my sisters BBBEEESSSTTT friend! Danny Rocks!!!!!

Hey, Sorry the GIGL  story is late! Here is the story! Our team, now the New Hampshire team, consisted of my sister, one of my friends, me and we would have had my other friends except she had another event! My friend spent Saturday at my house and we got up at 5:30 to go to MGA Links ! We were in the morning session! We went checked in and watched a putting demonstration by Skip Guss ! Then we had introductions and the clinic! We then played 9 holes, all par threes! We had a fantastic time! Mr. Barend is awesome! So you should start a team with some of your friends! Today was the GIGL Golf tournament\event! We all had a great time! I would like to give a big shout out to the Barend family for hosting the event! MGA Links rock! I will post a full story tomorrow!!!

Hey, I am going to try to start something called Golfer of the Week! You will be able to comment about who you think should win each week and why!! As you probably guessed by the title that this weeks winner is Phil Mickelson! Phil Mickelson is an amazing (left-handed) golfer!! Phil Mickelson turned 47 on Friday, one day after officially withdrawing from the 2017 U.S. Open at Erin Hills (go check out the coverage to see some amazing golf). Phil oldest daughter was graduating High School on Thursday! Amanda (Phil's oldest daughter) was the commencement speaker at her graduation and Phil wanted to be there. Yesterday was the Drive Chip and Putt!!! It was great to see all of the girls there! Three girls from my age group are advancing, they are Jade Haylock,first, Carys Fennessy, second, and finally Delaney Nadeau, me in third!
